Registering for the  dual CABA Classic and Alpacapalooza show is easy as 1, 2, 3!

1.) Gather all information such as ARI’s, shear dates, and date of births
2.) Click on the online registration and fill in all appropriate information
3.) Send payment (unless you opted for the credit card option in the online registration) along with all paperwork to:

Important Deadlines:

General Registration Closes: 4/29/18
All paperwork including certs, payment and disclosures must be postmarked on or before April 29, 2018
Fleece and Halter entries will be accepted until April 29th, 2018 EST
Fleeces that were shorn before April 27, 2017 may not be entered into this show.
Fleeces must be in the possession of show personal before 12 PM on May 9, 2018

Registration Fee’s:
Halter Entries (incl. production classes) $110 (INCLUDES TWO SHOWS)  
Fleece Show Entries $50 
Fleece mail back charge: $7 per fleece
Stall Fee’s $195 early bird 2/14-3/15 $225 3/16-4/29
 
Refund Policy: If you must cancel your reservation and entries…$100 service fee will be kept and remaining balance will be returned if cancellation is received in writing to registrar before 3/31/2018. 75% of fees paid will be returned if the cancellation is received by registrar in writing by 4/15/2018. No fees will be refunded for any cancellation after 4/15/2018 FOR ANY REASON.
