Host Hotels for 2025
We have reserved blocks with 2 hotels in the area. Best Western, and Red Lion. They are located an easy 3-mile drive from the venue. There are no restaurants on these properties. However, access to downtown McMinnville is very easy from these two hotels.
Block code expires on March 24, 2025 for Red Lion and April 7, 2025 for Best Western. All hotels have easy cancellation policies. We recommend to book hotels early as rooms will go fast. This is a destination city for wine and craft brew enthusiasts.
The McMinnville Inn is another option that is very affordable and is very close to the venue, shopping and restaurants. The do not offer breakfast but several restaurants are available on the short mile drive to the fairgrounds.

McMinnville offers many restaurants offering pickup and delivery as well as all major grocery stores. Wilco Farm Store is located just 1/4 mile from the venue.
